Been coming here to Lover's Egg Roll for years. Good Chinese take-out when you just want some tasty sweet n sour chicken or fried rice. simple, not flashy but they are consistent and pretty inexpensive. Like $7-$8 for most items.
It's Kay's Egg roll now I think, but it's same quality and big smiles as before. Must have when I'm by the Galleria. -

I decided to order from here for my team lunch. They advised us that the wait would be 30-45 min .
After waiting over an hour and a half and calling 2 times the staff was rude and unhelpful.
The cashier, Nadia did not seem like she even cared .
Once the food arrived it was cold and barely edible. -

Been eating here for the last 5 years, not sure what's up with all the scattered reviews. The food is exactly what you would expect anywhere else that's not a nice sit down restaurant.

I think I was delivered dog food! Actually what I was delivered would have been an insult to feed to a dog. It was disgusting. Don't bother with the sesame chicken.

Lovers egg roll now "Kay's egg roll" evidently name change.... Worst experience ever. Woman delivered food couldn't get in to apartment, no effort, and just takes food back to restaurant. Called and asked for immediate refund. Lack of customer service for mediocre food. (Ordered just due to last option) which is completely my fault. Never ever again.
